• System Update
  SOA Computation & RLE Fee Adjustments Applied
  The system has been updated to address computation inconsistencies affecting the Statement of Account (SOA) module for Undergraduate Non-UniFAST students. Updates include:

  • Added Summer RLE fees for 3rd Year students
  • Updated cashiering transaction fee handling
  • Corrected SOA computation errors caused by revised transaction fees
  • Revalidated balances and assessment computations for affected accounts

• Development Update
  Account Adjustment Module Under Development
  The Accounting Unit is currently developing the Account Adjustment module to support controlled balance corrections and fee adjustments. The module will allow authorized personnel to:

  • Apply manual debit or credit adjustments
  • Adjust Tuition or RLE fee balances
  • Record adjustment reasons and remarks
  • Improve SOA correction and reconciliation processes
